A little expensive ...

Great store, always friendly staff and extremely clean!

The staff is not friendly, and more when you order in English they act like they don’t understand your order.

Madness, you go to Starbucks once a year, 45 minutes before work. Pay 10 euros for two coffees and you are not even allowed to go to the toilet because it has already been "freshly" cleaned, but the shop looks like it has been pulled across the cocoa ... maybe first clear away the remains of the previous guests before you clean the toilets power.

We sat in there for a moment. Most of it locked due to the corona. The interior is visibly outdated, dark and needs to be freshened up. You don't really feel like sitting inside. The majority of customers just take them with them instead of sitting down. In terms of prices, you should perhaps invest some of that in the interior.

Should open at 7 a.m., according to Google, the company itself updated the opening times 2 weeks ago, the door was closed at half past 8 today. Not good! Products have been good so far, so 3 stars. But the opening times are a no-go.

The very last thing is this shop. Straws are not available at € 4.99. You can then drink the layers from top to bottom. And then another saying: You can take a used straw back there. What are you actually imagining? Horrible prices, zero service.

Dirty plastic booth. They won't last much longer. One hopes so!

Service today at 4:30 p.m. very unfriendly. It is already very empty and the lady is still annoyed that you want a straw

The coffee tastes great and the staff is open and friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the wait was short. However, the coffee is relatively expensive (but I still think it's worth it) All in all, I was very happy ?

Very bad and unfriendly staff. I could describe the facts in detail, however my comment was deleted again and again or it is not displayed. In any case, it is simply a mainstream coffee shop, but at least in addition to the expensive prices, there should be nice staff.

Everything great. Been there many times and nothing to complain about! As befits Starbucks! Perfect if you have to bridge a little time at short notice.

Warm and nice decoration.. very suitable for studying .. they should find another solution for WC other than requesting the key from the stuff and use it from hand to hand .. some of workers should be more responsible and take care of cleanness

Staff are friendly and they serve a nice Americano. But the WiFi is pretty bad. The signal is weak at the back of the shop and your connection gets interrupted a lot.

Happy customer for years and nothing to complain about (too expensive coffees). 1 star deduction for two reasons: on the one hand the price is just too high and on the other hand the thing with the name ... I have no problem in leaving my name for my drink at the checkout ... but I see the need not if the lady who prepares the coffee does not shout my name further but the type of coffee she has just prepared. So either the cash register saves writing down the front or the name is used in the output ...

Why did Starbuck only use Cup for another more expensive drink than normal drink like cappuccino. My friend and i want to sit and drink coffee right there, but when he ask his capu can be in the cup, and the saler said no, there is no more cup. And then the next guest buy another caramel frappuchino or sth, and she is deserved by a big Cup. Don’t discriminate like that. Use less plastic please, even though u guy said that is paper (but it still hat plastic in there, ex: the cover ?)

A quiet place in the middle of a busy street.

Quality of Christmas drink is very low . The rest is fine . I mean place and atmosphere and normal drinks. WiFi service is very slow so if you are a tourist and list connection go to the Tahlia bookstore coffee area and you will have the same tasty code and can use the internet connection there as well as reading and buying books

Messy, the baristas don't know the recipes for basic menu coffees.

I realize that from time to time there are people who urgently need to go to the bathroom and do not leave the toilet properly. This is not understandable for me. And if you want to drink a coffee and at the same time have to go to the bathroom, the order is clear to me. First the toilet then, the coffee. Or should I take the coffee with the pot? If I am then pointed out on the way to the toilet that there is no public loo and I have to justify myself for that is not alright. Maybe the better way would be to annoy the people who come back from the toilet and do not buy anything. In addition, it is absolutely unappetizing sitting on the toilet and have to look at there installed images of zugeka ... ten toilets. The coffee was good therefore still 2 stars.

We are visiting from Canada. Spent the night in Pforzheim. Drove out of our way to go into Karlsruhe, as the website indicated they were open today (Sunday), only to learn that they are closed Sundays. The website needs to be updated. Otherwise, Starbucks is my favorite place to go to have a chai latte.

Typical Starbucks with everything you expect. Service was polite, everything was okay. The coffee was very good.

The coffee quality vs price is not good really. They have very expensive coffee compare to places around that area which make better coffe with the same price or less expensive. These other coffee shops are located in only 200 m walking distance of Starbucks. The good thing is that Starbucks has many branches in all cities and are usually accessible if you need a break.

Starbucks on Kaiserstrasse next to Tschibo is actually a normal Starbucks Cafe I used to visit regularly... but... it has turned into a so-so place for me as in the space right in front at the windows, a group of retirees and their younger cohorts monopolize the seats and get into conflict with anyone that sits down in any of the chairs they consider their own... even though these chairs look unoccupied with no items like clothes or a bag or a cup in front of it on the table, indicating that someone has taken it already.... so it can become quite silly when out of the blue one is addressed with hostility for having sat down in a chair that's supposedly assigned to someone else already...? Since I had this experience, I avoid this Starbucks entirely and do not go there anymore. This is unfortunate as I used to enjoy it for quite some time. The management of Starbucks should keep an eye on what is actually taking place up front with the chairs and seats at the windows.

Classic Starbucks. Wifi is not great (in case you wanna grab your Mac and a coffee and blog like the trendsetter you are).

There is air conditioning!! And some tables to spend hours on studying. And good coffee and potentially warm snacks! A savior for hot summer days with exams looming.
